Abraham, Patriarch of a Nation

In the Catacombs of Rome (cubiculum C), painted about 329 A.D.

Abraham, Patriarch of a Nation

Did you know?

You are the descendants of a mighty nation that reaches back beyond the confines of a story that contradicts what you are taught to believe. It is the beginning of the knowledge to our origins that is before slavery. Yes, contrary to what you have been taught of histories intertwine with American folklore there is an ancestral heritage you know little of. It begins within the pages of a book that has been the foundation of the World's so-called "religious doctrines," but it is much more to us...."The Set Apart Scriptures," or as it is known to mainstream society "The Bible."
Our story begins with Abraham, when The Most High called on him and revealed to Abraham his destiny:

At the time Abraham was living in Ur with his Father and the rest of his family.

Ur (biblical, Ur of the Chaldees), ancient city of Mesopotamia. Its ruins are approximately midway between the modern city of Baghdâd, Iraq, and the head of the Persian Gulf, south of the Euphrates River, on the edge of the Al ajarah Desert. The site of Ur is known today as Tall al Muqayyar, Iraq.

Terah, Abraham's father and other family members were worshipping idols and participating in other iniquities (sin).

Genesis 12:1-9

Now The Most High had said to Abram;

1“Get out of your country,
From your family
And from your father’s house,
To a land that I will show you.
2 I will make you a great nation;
I will bless you
And make your name great;
And you shall be a blessing.
3 I will bless those who bless you,
And I will curse him who curses you;
And in you all the families of the earth shall be blessed.”
4 So Abram departed as the The Most High had spoken to him, and Lot went with him. And Abram was seventy-five years old when he departed from Haran. 5 Then Abram took Sarai his wife and Lot his brother’s son, and all their possessions that they had gathered, and the people whom they had acquired in Haran, and they departed to go to the land of Canaan. So they came to the land of Canaan. 6 Abram passed through the land to the place of Shechem, as far as the terebinth tree of Moreh. And the Canaanites were then in the land.
7 Then the The Most High appeared to Abram and said, “To your descendants I will give this land.” And there he built an altar to The Most High, who had appeared to him. 8 And he moved from there to the mountain east of Bethel, and he pitched his tent with Bethel on the west and Ai on the east; there he built an altar to The Most High and called on the name of the Yah. 9 So Abram journeyed, going on still toward the South.

Abraham was a loyal and obedient servant to The Most High and through his faith he became a friend and he was favored by The Most High.

Genesis 15:1-5

1 After these things the word of the The Most High came to Abram in a vision, saying, “Do not be afraid, Abram. I am your shield, your exceedingly great reward.”
2 But Abram said, “Yah, what will You give me, seeing I go childless, and the heir of my house is Eliezer of Damascus?” 3 Then Abram said, “Look, You have given me no offspring; indeed one born in my house is my heir!”
4 And behold, the word of The Most High came to him, saying, “This one shall not be your heir, but one who will come from your own body shall be your heir.” 5 Then He brought him outside and said, “Look now toward heaven, and count the stars if you are able to number them.” And He said to him, “So shall your descendants be.”

Genesis 15:12-16

12 Now when the sun was going down, a deep sleep fell upon Abram; and behold, horror and great darkness fell upon him. 13 Then He said to Abram: “Know certainly that your descendants will be strangers in a land that is not theirs, and will serve them, and they will afflict them four hundred years. 14 And also the nation whom they serve I will judge; afterward they shall come out with great possessions. 15 Now as for you, you shall go to your fathers in peace; you shall be buried at a good old age. 16 But in the fourth generation they shall return here, for the iniquity of the Amorites is not yet complete.”

Verse 13 states: "Then He said to Abram:

“Know certainly that your descendants will be strangers in a land that is not theirs, and will serve them, and they will afflict them four hundred years."

There is only one people who have been taken captive and has been in a land not of their origin as strangers. Who has been afflicted and servants (slaves) for four hundred years?
All black people involved in the Transatlantic Slave Trade!

The Most High goes on to say:

Genesis 17:1-7

1 When Abram was ninety-nine years old, The Most High appeared to Abram and said to him, “I am Almighty Yah; walk before Me and be blameless. 2 And I will make My covenant between Me and you, and will multiply you exceedingly.” 3 Then Abram fell on his face, and Yah talked with him, saying: 4 “As for Me, behold, My covenant is with you, and you shall be a father of many nations. 5 No longer shall your name be called Abram, but your name shall be Abraham; for I have made you a father of many nations. 6 I will make you exceedingly fruitful; and I will make nations of you, and kings shall come from you. 7 And I will establish My covenant between Me and you and your descendants after you in their generations, for an everlasting covenant, to be God to you and your descendants after you.

The covenant is with the Twelve Tribes of Israel and their descendants. The blessings to non-Israelites will come through the true Israelites (walking in faith) professing the knowledge of the Good News, if they choose to believe in the truth.

Genesis 17:9-11

9 And Yah said to Abraham: “As for you, you shall keep My covenant, you and your descendants after you throughout their generations. 10 This is My covenant which you shall keep, between Me and you and your descendants after you: Every male child among you shall be circumcised; 11 and you shall be circumcised in the flesh of your foreskins, and it shall be a sign of the covenant between Me and you.

The Most High told Abraham that many descendants will come from him and He also made a covenant that was expected to be followed generation after generation. We are the inheritors of that covenant today. Further proof of that fact is in Deuteronomy 28, specifically verse 68.

Deuteronony 28:68:

68 “And the The Most High will take you back to Egypt in ships, by the way of which I said to you, ‘You shall never see it again.’ And there you shall be offered for sale to your enemies as male and female slaves, but no one will buy you.”

Is there any other people who have been taken by ships specifically with the sole intent of making them slaves in another land ?

The word “buy" in this context means "save."

So now, you know the beginning of our story, it’s up to you to do the research and confirm the truth for yourself!
